What does $275,000 cover? Not only does this amount include all of the site preparation and utilities… it includes the structures, furnishings, and appliances. How is that possible, you ask? Are we sacrificing quality? No, we are not! The Amish-built cabin common space is going to be ADA accessible and lovely. These can be built very affordably in this area.
The best part is the park model houses. This company does quality-built construction. We toured the factory earlier this year and we’re very excited about what they put into them. They love our mission and they’re giving them to us at wholesale pricing!! These are deeply discounted in order to support the mission. Their largest model includes two bedrooms on the main floor and a loft large enough for four twin beds. The main floor bedrooms include a queen sized bed in one room and a twin in the other. Plus there’s a pull-out couch in the living room. There is a full kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. And as the loft isn’t a full second story, the living room has a vaulted ceiling and large windows which let in a lot of natural light and allow appreciation of our beautiful views. The price includes delivery and placement.
